Request Account Deletion
Football Rising Empire
Last updated:
You can request deletion of your account and associated game data without installing the app or signing in to this page.
In the game, open your manager profile, select Settings, and choose Delete Account. This action attempts to remove the active manager profile and cloud save, delete the Firebase identity, and clear the local game database. Cloud and identity deletion require working online services and can require a recent sign-in.
You can also request account deletion without installing or signing in to the app: email support@footballrisingempire.com with the subject “Account deletion — Football Rising Empire”. Send the request from the email associated with your game account and include your club name and account identifier if known. Never send your password or sign-in token. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Ask for deletion of your account and associated data, including any remaining online match, ranking, inbox, authentication, or support records. If the in-app operation is interrupted or you are unsure whether cloud deletion completed, use this email route. Clearing only device data does not confirm that server or provider records were deleted. Support can explain the outcome and any records that must be retained for a specific legal or security reason.

Retention and local-only data
Active cloud profiles and saves are retained so you can return to your team until those records are deleted. Device saves and session information remain until cleared, replaced, or removed through app or browser storage controls; operating-system backups may retain device data according to your settings. Local conflict backups are cleared when the local database is reset, including when switching to a different account.
You can play as a guest, sign out, change your in-game profile, choose between conflicting saves for your own account, and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Signing out stops the current registered session but does not erase cloud records. A support or security record may need to be retained to complete a request, resolve abuse, or meet an applicable legal obligation. Provider-controlled records follow the providers’ retention policies.
