Football Rising Empire

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how Football Rising Empire, operated by Vo Thanh Nhan in Vietnam, handles information when you play, sign in, synchronize progress, watch rewarded ads, or contact support.

1. Accounts and sign-in

You can start as a guest on your device, create an account with email and password, or sign in with Google. Registered sign-in uses Google Firebase Authentication. We receive your account identifier, email address, sign-in provider, and any name or profile picture supplied by your sign-in provider.

Firebase handles email/password authentication and password-reset emails. Your password is not sent to the game’s own backend or stored in the game’s MongoDB profile. The backend verifies your sign-in token and uses your verified account identifier to access your cloud save.

2. Game progress and device storage

We store your manager and club details, squad and lineup, player development, fixtures and results, rankings, achievements, inventory, virtual currency, rewards, and game preferences to operate the game and preserve your progress.

The device stores game progress, preferences, sign-in session credentials, and pending save operations using local app or browser storage. Registered accounts can synchronize game data with our backend. Guest progress stays on the device unless you explicitly link it to a registered account; online services and rewarded ads may still communicate with their providers.

Cloud synchronization also uses save versions, timestamps, randomly generated installation identifiers, and request identifiers to associate saves with the correct account, recognize repeated requests, and resolve conflicting progress. These game synchronization identifiers are separate from advertising identifiers.

3. Switching accounts and choosing progress

After a different account successfully signs in, the previous account’s offline team, unsynchronized progress, pending uploads, and local conflict backups are cleared from that device. They are not transferred to the new account. Switching accounts does not delete the previous account’s cloud save.

For conflicting saves belonging to the same account, the game shows the local and cloud lineups and asks which progress to keep. Choosing local progress replaces the cloud copy only if its version has not changed. Choosing cloud progress replaces the active offline copy. The most recently compared copies are backed up on the device before replacement; these backups are not uploaded as part of the game save and remain until replaced or the local database is reset.

If your account has a local team but no cloud save, the game can offer Restore Local Team. Signing out, changing accounts, or uninstalling the app is not a request to delete your cloud account.

4. Why information is used and what other players see

Information is used to authenticate you, restore and synchronize progress, run online matches and rankings, deliver game messages and rewards, prevent duplicate operations, investigate failures or abuse, and answer support requests. Support receives the email address and information you choose to include in a message.

Online opponents and leaderboard users can see game-facing identifiers and profile details such as manager or club name, badge and kit, lineup, player ratings, rank, and match results. A default manager name may come from your Google profile or the part of your email before @. Choose a different manager name if you do not want that default displayed publicly. Your authentication email is not a leaderboard field.

5. Service providers and international processing

Google/Firebase processes authentication information. Our backend and its storage and hosting services process account profiles and cloud progress; the current backend uses MongoDB and can also read older Firebase Firestore saves. Google AdMob processes information for rewarded advertising. Service providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States for Firebase Authentication. The applicable location and retention practices depend on the service provider. See the provider links below for their privacy and security information.

6. Rewarded ads and advertising data

The native iOS and Android game includes optional rewarded video ads using Google AdMob. When its advertising services run, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or advertising identifiers, advertising impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. These may be used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and personalization depending on device permissions and provider settings.

You can decline an optional rewarded ad and its associated reward. You can manage available advertising and tracking permissions in your device or Google privacy settings. Reading this policy or signing in does not itself grant tracking permission. Provider privacy controls and any separate consent or permission prompts apply independently.

7. Security and permissions

Registered cloud-save requests require a verified sign-in token and are scoped to the authenticated account identifier. Access to administration functions is restricted. Session credentials and game data are cached on your device, so protect access to your device and browser profile. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

The game’s authentication and save features do not request your contacts, microphone, camera, or precise device location. An IP address can still reveal approximate location to infrastructure or advertising providers. Technical error information may be recorded by our service or its providers for troubleshooting and security.

8. Retention and your choices

Active cloud profiles and saves are retained so you can return to your team until those records are deleted. Device saves and session information remain until cleared, replaced, or removed through app or browser storage controls; operating-system backups may retain device data according to your settings. Local conflict backups are cleared when the local database is reset, including when switching to a different account.

You can play as a guest, sign out, change your in-game profile, choose between conflicting saves for your own account, and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Signing out stops the current registered session but does not erase cloud records. A support or security record may need to be retained to complete a request, resolve abuse, or meet an applicable legal obligation. Provider-controlled records follow the providers’ retention policies.

9. Request account and data deletion

In the game, open your manager profile, select Settings, and choose Delete Account. This action attempts to remove the active manager profile and cloud save, delete the Firebase identity, and clear the local game database. Cloud and identity deletion require working online services and can require a recent sign-in.

You can also request account deletion without installing or signing in to the app: email support@footballrisingempire.com with the subject “Account deletion — Football Rising Empire”. Send the request from the email associated with your game account and include your club name and account identifier if known. Never send your password or sign-in token. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Ask for deletion of your account and associated data, including any remaining online match, ranking, inbox, authentication, or support records. If the in-app operation is interrupted or you are unsure whether cloud deletion completed, use this email route. Clearing only device data does not confirm that server or provider records were deleted. Support can explain the outcome and any records that must be retained for a specific legal or security reason.

10. Children and privacy questions

The game is intended for players aged 13 and older. It does not currently provide a parental-consent account flow. If you are below the age at which you can consent to account or advertising data processing in your country, do not provide personal information without the required parent or guardian involvement. A parent or guardian can contact support about a child’s information or request its deletion.

For privacy questions, access or correction requests, account deletion, or concerns about information handled by the game, contact support@footballrisingempire.com. We may update this policy when game features, providers, or data practices change. The date above identifies this version.
