Google Play Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are and who can play

Football Rising Empire is operated by Vo Thanh Nhan, based in Vietnam (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@footballrisingempire.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are below the age of adulthood in your country, ask your parent or legal guardian to review and agree to these Terms with you. Any additional parental permission required by local law for personal-data processing or purchases must also be obtained. The game is not offered for distribution in Vietnam.

These Terms govern your use of Football Rising Empire and its online services. You must agree to these Terms to use the game. If you do not agree, do not continue playing. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; reading or agreeing to these Terms does not itself give advertising or tracking consent.

2. Your account and progress

You may play as a guest or use a supported registered account. Protect your account and sign-in details, provide accurate information where requested, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Guest progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the game, clear storage, lose the device or replace its local data. Registered progress can synchronize when the required online services are available. An unsynchronized change may not be available on another device.

Game progress is saved on your device first. Completed matches, rewards and season transitions are save checkpoints. After a division promotion, relegation or new season is committed locally, the game queues a cloud update. Cloud synchronization requires a registered account, a connection and available services; a local checkpoint is not confirmation that the cloud has received it. Interrupted uploads can be retried when services are available.

When local and cloud progress conflict, review the save time and progress shown and choose the copy you want to continue. A later time does not always mean more progress. The selected copy can replace the other progress used by the game. Before switching devices, allow synchronization to finish. Changes that have not reached the cloud may remain only on the original device.

Only one device session per registered account may use protected online services at a time. Confirming a save on another device can make that device active and sign the previous device out when it next connects or checks its session. This does not erase its local progress or upload changes that were never synchronized.

Account switching and choosing between local and cloud saves can replace device progress. Review the choice shown before confirming. Save selection does not waive your rights concerning a verified purchase. Contact support if purchased content is missing; do not assume guest progress or consumed purchases can always be restored by reinstalling.

3. Game license and content

We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to play the game for entertainment, subject to these Terms. We and our licensors retain rights in the software, artwork, music and other game content. You may not redistribute the game or use its content commercially without permission or another lawful basis. For App Store downloads, the software license is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA as described in the iOS section below.

Football Rising Empire is a simulation. Player values, club income, wages, match results and other game figures are fictional game information. Ratings and upgrades do not guarantee a particular match outcome.

You keep any rights you have in names or other content you supply. You allow us to store and display that content as needed to operate the game, including public club profiles and rankings. Do not use names or content that infringe others' rights, impersonate someone, reveal another person's private information, or contain unlawful, hateful or abusive material.

4. Virtual currency and items

Coins, gems, players, coaches, cosmetics, packs and other virtual items provide rights to use game features. They are not real money, investments or real-world property interests. They cannot be redeemed for cash or traded outside the game's authorized features. Statutory refund rights are separate from cash redemption.

Spending currency, opening items, releasing players and selling coaches can consume or remove game content. Check the action and displayed cost before confirming. Purchased virtual currency does not expire merely through the passage of time. Promotional claim deadlines and limited-duration benefits must be disclosed with the relevant offer.

5. Purchases and refunds

Real-money purchases are optional and available only where a supported checkout is enabled. The applicable App Store or Google Play section below explains the platform payment service. Store terms apply to their payment services.

We may use US dollars as reference prices. The actual price, currency and applicable taxes are those presented by the supported checkout before you authorize payment. You must have permission to use the payment method, including any required parent or guardian approval.

Purchased content is provided after successful payment verification. Pending or cancelled payments do not grant completed purchases. If you are charged but content is missing, contact support with your store order reference and game account details. Never send your password or sign-in token. Recovery depends on the purchase type and verified account records; restoration of an already consumed item is not promised.

Refunds and cancellations follow applicable law and the relevant store’s procedures. Contact us for missing, defective, duplicate or unauthorized purchases, or use the refund route in the relevant store section below. Nothing here removes any legal right to a refund, withdrawal or remedy. Accepting these Terms or spending currency does not automatically waive those rights. Where a lawful withdrawal exception requires separate express consent, it must be obtained separately.

When a payment is refunded or reversed, we may remove the corresponding unspent currency or entitlement as appropriate under applicable law and store rules. A good-faith refund request alone is not grounds for punishment.

6. Packs, rewards, passes and ads

Pack descriptions identify guaranteed quantities and rating limits. A rating such as “60+” is a minimum rating, not a promise of a specific player or a higher rating. When contents are random, applicable probabilities must be disclosed with the offer before purchase, including where purchased gems fund the offer. These Terms do not replace those disclosures. Particular outcomes, equal probabilities, unique items or duplicate protection are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Free rewards, missions, inbox gifts and passes follow the conditions and any claim deadline shown in the game. A premium pass unlocks the stated track or benefits; it does not automatically complete missions or grant every tier. Any season expiry, carryover limit or restriction on unclaimed rewards must be disclosed with the offer. A pass does not renew or charge automatically unless a separate subscription is clearly offered and authorized.

Rewarded ads are optional. An associated bonus depends on the advertised completion requirements and successful reward confirmation. Ad availability can vary. Declining an ad does not remove a base reward you have already earned. Contact support if a completed ad reward fails to arrive. Privacy permissions are handled separately.

7. Fair play and online services

Do not cheat, manipulate saves or rankings, exploit bugs for unfair gain, use bots to abuse the game, access others' accounts, disrupt services, or buy or sell accounts or virtual items outside authorized game features.

Ranked matches may simulate play against saved opponent squads rather than another person controlling a live match. Tickets, matchmaking, rankings, seasons and virtual prizes follow the rules shown in the game. Connection failures can delay results or rewards; use the available recovery or support route before repeating a pending transaction.

We may investigate abuse, correct duplicate or invalid rewards/results, remove prohibited names/content, and proportionately restrict or suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches. Where reasonably possible, we will explain a restriction and let you contact support about a mistake. Urgent security action may occur first. Measures affecting paid content remain subject to your legal rights.

8. Updates, availability and changes

We may update the game, adjust game balance or change online services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. We remain responsible for any service or remedy required by applicable law.

We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid benefits or a planned service closure where practicable, and provide any remedy required by law. These Terms do not give us an unrestricted right to remove paid content without a lawful basis or required remedy.

We will identify revised Terms by version and date, give notice of material changes, and request renewed agreement where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to earlier purchases.

9. Stopping play and deleting your account

You can stop playing at any time. To request account deletion, use Manager Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or email support. Deletion can permanently remove progress and access to virtual items. Logging out or uninstalling alone does not delete a cloud account.

Cloud and sign-in identity deletion require online services and may require a recent sign-in. If only device data is cleared or remote deletion is incomplete, contact support to complete the request. We may verify account ownership and retain limited records where legally required or needed to resolve a transaction or dispute, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Deletion does not waive a valid purchase complaint or refund right.

10. Responsibility, disputes and contact

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not promise particular sporting results, uninterrupted service or recovery of every unsaved change; these limitations do not excuse a failure to meet legal obligations.

Please contact support@footballrisingempire.com about complaints or disputes. We will try to resolve them fairly. These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law, except that mandatory protections under the laws of your country of residence continue to apply. You retain access to courts and complaint bodies available under applicable law; these Terms do not require arbitration or exclusive proceedings in Vietnam.

12. Google Play

For copies downloaded through Google Play, the game and its services are provided by Vo Thanh Nhan. These Terms apply alongside the Google Play Terms of Service governing your use of Google Play. Contact support@footballrisingempire.com for game, account or delivery issues.

Where enabled, real-money purchases of digital game content on Android use Google Play Billing. US-dollar reference prices may be converted to local store prices. The Google Play checkout shows the actual price, currency and applicable taxes. You must be authorized to use the payment method; purchases may require family approval.

Content is credited after a completed purchase is verified. Pending, declined or cancelled payments do not grant completed purchases. If a purchase is interrupted or content is missing, contact support with the Google Play order reference and your game account details. Verified entitlement recovery depends on the product and account records; consumed currency or items are not automatically granted again after reinstalling.

You may use Google Play’s refund process or contact us about purchase issues. Refunds, cancellations and any entitlement adjustment follow applicable law and Google Play’s rules. These Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies, authorize duplicate charges or require you to give up a lawful withdrawal right.
